It also speeded up the editing process as we took 3 takes of each action and wrote down which was our favourite so we knew exactly which take to use when it comes to editing. It also became very useful as it made us as a team very efficient as we knew exactly what type of shot (e.g long shot, close up etc) we wanted for that scene without wasting any time. We also noted down the length of time each action would take roughly so that we would stick to the two minute guidelines and make sure we did not under film or over film. Some props we used such as the dog were only available to us for a short space of time so the planning process needed to be organised in order to make filming successful.
